    Interesting to note that the researchers claim there is only a one in 1,000 chance that what occurred in Florida in 2004 with e-voting machine results could have happened randomly. All three counties affected were large, majority Democratic leaning counties.

    On the other hand, they studied Ohio 2004 as well and found no such statistical doubt about the results.
