Pentagon wants at least 70 billion in emergency funds »
Posted by: TechnologyExpert 1 year, 9 months agoThe Pentagon is getting ready to ask Congress to approve emergency spending for the Iraq war, military operations in Afghanistan and anti-terrorism efforts. The Defense Department is mum about exactly how much it will seek in the war supplemental budget request, but congressional aides predict it will range from $70 billion to over $100 billion.
