Barak Hussein Obama was born of a Muslim Father. That makes him Muslim. His grandfather was Muslim, and his Muslim Step father introduced him to Islam in Indonesia, where he attended Wahabbi schools. Why is this not in his bios? If he has truly given up his Muslim faith why is it such a secret? And how is a smear to report the truth?
This is why you don't get it with FOX or with any other right-wing inflammatory media.
Yes, Obama was born Muslim. Show me ANY sort of evidence that he is HIDING that! Doubt that you will find any.
What FOX is doing is MANIPULATING his Muslim heritage to insinuate that he is then somehow linked to or a part of the EXTREMIST Muslim sects that engage in violence against non-muslims, and thus he must somehow be 'bad' or 'anti-American'.
THAT is a load of BALONEY!
The Republicans are afraid of Obama because he DOES have a VERY good chance of not just being the Democratic nominee but of BEING President. FOX and the neo-cons will say ANYTHING to try to demean or discredit any Democrat that runs for president.
At least Obama is not a member of Skull and Bones.

The Saudis used money from the oil shocks of the 70s to fund Wahhabi madrassas in the Muslim world. Wahhabi madrassas weren't established in Indonesia until the late 70s/early 80s, when Obama was graduating from high school and attending college in the US.

I think he would be a first step in turning the country from this constant path of war, not because he would surrender to the Muslims, but that he has more understanding of how they think than the current president.
I think it is so low to start the name calling like grade school kids, before he has had a chance to enter into process of debating his fellow presidential candidates, to show how he can handle himself.
Agreed uncleT, I myself have reservations about him since Who is he? We should await the true facts about his character from those that knew him in the past. Bad and good. Then an informed decision can be made.
For now He's media hype, which actually turns me off. I refuse to have the media dictate our next president.

bubba go back to the post and click on "view story" and see and hear what Fox reporters said. It is not as you say. They said that the school was probably not extreme when Obama went as they are now. They stated that someone in the Hillary camp was worried because that is where the story came from and Fox said that the source said Obama was supposedly trying to hide being a muslim. The link you have also mis-represented the Fox Story. Are you that prejudice or did you not see the Fox report. Either way you are a naughty boy.
I can TOTALLY believe that the Clinton camp is afraid of Obama because he has a good chance to beat her for the nomination, so I can see how her staff would have dug this up.
But I can still see how FOX uses this story in the SAME manner because they will enhance ANY 'weakness' of any Democratic candidate. In this case, Fox kinda gets a "two for one" since they can paint the muslim picture of Obama and paint the Clinton camp as the smearers.

Why is it digging up Dirt to point out that Barak Hussein Obama is a Muslim? If it is not important why will he not address it? If it does not matter why are Democrats trying to keep it a secret? He should address it, deny his Muslim faith, and go on about his business. Oh, wait. He cannot deny his Muslim faith, that would open him up for assination. You cannot just drop out of the Muslim faith, when you are born a Muslim, you are a Muslim. Forever.
When did Barak Hussein Obama tell you about his Muslim background? It must have been a very private meeting, because I am very interested in this candidate, and I have not heard him mention his Muslim background. He is not running as a man with a "poor, pitiful me" attitude. He is not being surrounded by Jesse, and Al, and he is well spoken. I could vote for him if he was a centrist, but he is Liberal. My Mother was a Democrat activist in Chicago, and always said, "Give me a man with a beautiful wife, two beautiful children, and I will make him President." That is Barak Hussein Obama. I think he will address his Muslim heiritage, but he should get it out of the way soon.
Don't you worry about Fox smearing Obama, our little Mother Hillary will handle it. Yesterday it was his madrassa, and smoking, today it is about how his, and Edwards campaign has stalled. They stalled alright, right after miss Hillary told all the media outlets if they want to talk to President Hillary, they better not make any mistakes of kissing the wrong candidates in the run up to the Prmaries. she is such a bi*ch
