Why Ron Paul Can Win »
Posted By tacitus1 1 year, 7 months ago in NewsFirst, because all the major candidates are deeply flawed. Second, there are no good Republican candidates other than Ron Paul. Third, he would be running against Hillary, which means he starts with an automatic 45 percent of the vote. You only need 49 as Bill taught us. Fourth, he picks up those extra four points by outflanking Hillary on the war

Ron Paul is the only one deserving of the nomination, as well. And it is up to the Republican Party to nominate him and drive that home.

This is a very interesting and well thought-out analysis & it comes from a NYer who's more familiar with the Hillary machine. Check out the comment about Obama.......

I disagree that Hillary is guaranteed the Democratic nomination. Her basic contempt for the average American will likely erupt during the rough and tumble of a long presidential campaign. -- Jeff Daiell

I doubt he could get enough of the Republican conservative base to even come close....to me I need to hear his explanation of the Citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment and what he plans to do to get it back to the actual expressed intent of it's author....

I am a conservative, and I would not vote for Ron Paul, because he is as devisive as Hillary. We need to nominate some one who appeals to Conservatives, because he is a Leader at a time when we need a good leader, and he can appeal to disgruntled Democrats, and Independents. That is Rudy Giuliani. Democrats are terrified that we will nominate Giuliani, because he beats all their candidates, including Gov Richardson, and the ice Princess.

Explain why you believe Ron Paul is as divisive as Hillary Clinton.

Divisive? Are you crazy or just a shill for the democrats? NO ONE that KNOWS Ron Paul can call him divisive. He is the only completely HONEST and SINCERE candidate out there, as well as the ONLY one who strictly believes in protecting and living by our Constitution. Since most of the other candidates want to trash our Constitution and Bill of RIghts, maybe you could call him divisve.

Did anyone notice that whoever wrote this can't even count?
"Sixth, any joint appearance will reveal a man of substance versus a number of shallow sloganeers. (I think Obama would be the only other candidate who would even understand what Ron is saying, not because he is obtuse but because he's not!)
Sixth, contrary to what Rothbard called the Whig theory of history, things aren't always steadily improving. Sometimes, often, history regresses sharply, and then suddenly rebounds to a sane state of affairs. We've been on this imperial, welfare-warfare, corporate state road now for 110 years. It's time for a very sharp correction.
Okay, I thought of two more.
Seventh, he will be the only libertarian in a crowded field in New Hampshire, the most libertarian state in the Northeast."
No not seventh, eighth!

Ron Paul for president is the ONLY chance this nation has of coming back together, and becoming truly free and great! Ron Paul can bring respect back to the USA, instead of fear and hatred. He is also the ONLY candidate who believes in our ENTIRE Constitution and Bill of Rights, and again would make them the center of our political and legal system.
He simply must win, or we are done as a nation!

This is the man that should be in the White House in 2008... Ron is the number one contender to return us to our Constitutional Republic. We need to band together and get his name to everyone we know. Don't forget your "Snail Mail" friends and relatives. We need to go out of our way to tell everyone about Congressman Ron Paul, a man in the vein of our founding fathers, for President of the United States of America. The goal is to make his name a household word by the end of this year. Let's do it.
