According to the article;

Senators Sam Brownback, R-Kansas, and Joe Biden, D-Delaware, each missed about 30 percent of the votes this year. Connecticut Sen. Chris Dodd missed about 20 percent. At the low end, New York Sen. Hillary Clinton and Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, each of which barely missed any votes this year.

McCain is so consumed by the possibility of running the White House, he's forgotten what he's supposed to be doing. He can probably barely remember his oath of office. You know, the one where he swore to protect and defend our Constitution from both foreign and domestic threat? That one.

We might have been better off if he had stayed on the road!

I heard a radio interview with him late yesterday.

McCain said that the Senate unanimously approved his amendment to the immigration bill. The amendment requires illegal immigrants to pay back taxes on their earnings for the time they had been in the United States.

I sent an email to McCain's office as well as both Texas senators this AM.

I asked them if they had any idea how many of the illegal immigrants would be eligible for the Earned Income Tax credit. In other words, how many illegal immigrants would pay their back taxes only to get a total refund plus additional money back.

Do you think I will get an answer? ;>)
