Politics – A law enforcement source says the Iranian mission to the United Nations has informed the Secret Service that the Iranian president intends to visit Ground Zero Monday at 10 a.m.
Interesting. Not only an American Christian who vainly parades his religion on a blog as if it has some kind of status and authority by signing every comment as "Reverend," but also one who delights in murder. How predictably hypocritical.
I'm a Christian and I'd advocate his murder in a heartbeat... the man is dnagerous. I'm sure, if you had the chance to go back in history while insuring your own future existence, that you would have Hitler assasinated if at all possible as well.
"I'm sure, if you had the chance to go back in history while insuring your own future existence, that you would have Hitler assasinated if at all possible as well."
Regardless whom it is you are speaking of, you still speak of the murder of another of God's children...regardless their sins real or percieved.
Blind faith also blinds one to the tears the Christ sheds when those who wield his name as a sword seek to shed blood.
er, amen?
"I'm a Christian and I'd advocate his murder in a heartbeat..."
*
*
Then actually, according to your "Christian" Holy Scriptures,
you would be considered one who is a follower of "the original
manslayer.. the Devil" rather than The Christ who taught this,
that is, the complete opposite of "murder."
*
Do you need to be reminded of the book section name,
chapter and verses of this and many, many others that will
NOT "advocate" anyone's "murder" in a "heartbeat"?
*
BTW, Hitler whom you now also would "assassinate if at all
possible as well" was in fact fully supported by professed
Christians at the time, but now the 'Church' expresses regrets
and apologizes, in disgrace, for such support of Hitler.
*
Do you also support Bush and his immoral war(s) "as well"?
Yet you profess to be "a Christian" and "advocate murder,"
but how can you, honestly?
*
Peace
How? Well, I guess it's best explained in movie dialog where 'Spock' said so eloquently in "Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan" in regards to putting his own life in jeopardy to save his crewmates "the needs of the MANY outweigh the needs of the few... or the one."
This man is intent on wiping out an ENTIRE NATION (Israel) and has yet to back down from that PROMISE he made his constituants. Ask yourself why is he so intent on developing nuclear weapons? Then, ask yourself if you could sit passively bi and watch a civilization of non-agressive people full of innocent men, women and children be murdered. I could not... not that I personally would perpetrate such an act... I could not kill unprovoked, only in life-threatening self-defense of myself, friends, loved ones or innocent victims. However, I would support it (execution/assasination)... fully... the man has already earned the death sentence as an accessory to countless murders of innocent civilians. No regrets.

The source says regardless of the NYPD's rejection of the request for a Ground Zero tour, Iran's president and his entourage will be accompanied by a Secret Service protective detail, a detail provided to all heads of state when they visit the United States.
Hey, they should invite the "don't taze me bro" guy to be there at Columbia where he suppose to give some type of speech. And make sure he gets the front of the line.
So Ground Zero is a fundamentalist Christian holy site now? People aren't allowed there unless they convert to Christianity?
I guess now I know where fundamentalist zealots like yourself want to construct their Christian Mecca. Are you planning to check visitors for proof of Christianity on the entrance to New York or entrance to Ground Zero? Just curious where I should expect to encounter idiots when I plan my visit to New York.
Hi Kobz! I don't think that the statement above indicates a fundamentalist Christian, unless you describe him as "da mental" case, without too much "fun."
A true fundamentalist Christian would not make such foolish statements, but there are those accused of being such & many counterfeits.
You might encounter idiots in Podunk Center (there is such a place!) or in NYC. Please don't classify me as such!
But I don't believe Americans should allow Ahmadinejad near the place, nor should Columbia have him speak in their assembly. Their penchant "for robust debate, especially on global issues," is tantamount to wishing to dance with the devil in Hell. -Rev. S
Your opinion on whether Ahmadinejad should be allowed to visit Ground Zero is not based on his religious preference though or that conversion to Christianity should be a prerequisite for it, correct?
After all, his religion or that he is not a Christian has no bearing on your opinion whether Columbia University should allow him to speak in front of their assembly or if it's "tantamount to wishing to dance with the devil in Hell" as you said, right?
You don't understand the American sense of sarcastic humor. Knothead is expressing his anger this way. I think Amahdinejad should not even be allowed in this country. He was in on the capture of American diplomats held hostage in Iran for 444 days in 1979. Another of his cohorts, an ambassador, was denied entry to the U.S. recently. I think the plan should be to capture him while he is here and hold him hostage for 444 days. Yes, that's an eye for an eye. If he does appear at the site of the tragedy I would be satisfied that he be made to put his hand on the Bible and swear that he renounces the evil terrorism that was wreaked on America on 9/11 and that he is truly saddened that innocent Americans were killed by hsi fellow Muslims.
Too bad they didn't do that to Prince Alwaleed. Oh wait, even though all of the 9/11 terrorists were Saudis, we still love Saudi Arabia because they're our best-oil-friends-forever right?
No, it's his terrorist actions. -Rev. S

Would you please explain the actual difference between the two,
what distinguishes the "counterfeits" from the 'true' as you would
"classify" as Christians, and what exactly makes them so?
*
Peace
It's like counterfeit money. You inspect it very closely and have to know the little signs. Sometimes it is so well counterfeited you can't tell and only an expert can tell. You are not such an expert. A color copy bill is immediately detectable because the paper isn't right.
And what makes you an expert?
Another example: I know several Muslims. They are true Muslims as far as I can tell. They are wonderful people and I like them. Counterfeits would be Osama Bin Laden and Ahmadinejad.
Err,.. obviously you haven't notice,
but, your incredible and shameless non-sense
only validates your ill-relevance.
and your ignorance...
Sorry Tomohawk, may have rushed to judgement before reading more of your posts....my bad....
you really aren't so ignorant.....
BRING BAACK THE INQUISITION , INQUISITION INSPECTORS, INQUISITION TORTURERS AND INQUISITION GENERALS ....HAHAHAHHA
I am an anti-Christian? Are you trying to say you are a Christian? are you trying to say that INQUISITION TORTURERS, INQUISITION INSPECTORS, INQUISITION GENERRALS were simply carrying out Christ's words? The joke is on you kid. :)
I am sure some one is severely confused but that some one is not me, he is the one who posts his comments under the name "knothead15". In his earlier comment he wrote:"He can come if he:
1) Bows on his knees in the dirt around Ground Zero.
2) Prays to Jesus and takes Holy Communion.
3) Converts to the true faith of Christianity and disavows terrorism and Shia Islam."
It sounded like the return to INQUISITION , which made me suggest then bring back the INQUISTION GENERALS, INQUISITION INSPECTORS, AND INQUISITION TORTURERS. Of course I was being sarcastic but it is either my English or your IQ that is interruping the natural and smooth flow of this thread, you keep missing the point.
Anti-Christian zealot??? Man, you're a laugh. Did I trample on your God-given right to set religious tests as prerequisite for freedom of movement? I'm sorry. Here I thought that liberty was guaranteed by the Constitution, but apparently it's guaranteed only to Christians, right?
And you know just because everyone you encountered met an idiot, doesn't mean that is a shared human experience. Maybe if you actually used your brain once in a while other's opinion of you'd be different.
how Christian of you- snothead
NY did not even vote for Bush and Bush i ssupposed ot be a good!!! Christian hahahahahhaha
I'm not.
Bush is speaking English :
1."I am the master of low expectations."
2." I am also not very analytical. You know, I don't spend a lot time thinking about myself, about why I do things."
3."Keep good relations with the Grecians."!! Greeks? :)
4."I understand that theunrest in Middle East creates unrest throughout the region."
5."I am sure you can imagine it is an unimaginable honor to live here." He lost me on that one :)
6."You teach a child to read and he or HER will be able to pass a literacy test."
You want more? hahahahh
That post made NO sense.
No one can come to Ground Zero unless they are Christian?
Since when did this become the United States of Christ?
I am born-again Christian, but I believe in tolerance and freedom for all Americans, period... of ANY race, religion or orientation.
However, I do not believe in Ahmadinejad having any rights here as he is the president of a terrorist state who has no diplomatic relations with the UN or USA and was in on the Iran hostage crisis in 1979, someone who now wants to wipe out Israel off the map with nuclear weapons as well as arms terrorists against us in Iraq. He can view Ground Zero bi Google Earth or on DVD, thanks. He is a dangerous killer and meglomaniac who wants to use that site as a PR stunt to mock our tragedy... screw him.
Well Ted, at first you were coming off real good and all, but as you got further and further into your final, well, rant, you really began to leave behind any of the tolerance you spoke of. As far as your condemnation of Ahmadinejad (much of which is justified), I'd like you to remember please that he is only in power because Our Dear Leader began refering to Iran as the next shiney target and the more, um, liberal reformers were politically weakened as a result of Bush's sabre rattling and thus the faction which backed the current Iranian president gained strength...in a country that is so ready for a social revolution, was so ready to reach out to us, wept so hard at the tragedy of Sept. '01.
Remember Ted, that an enemy is nothing more than a friend you have yet to meet and that the blind prejudices which you hold are naught but reflections of the blind prejudices he holds against you.
Here ask what Jesus would do.
Then be the first to offer forth that branch.
Amen, right?
I have no clue what Jesus would do, but Moses killed an Egyptian who was torturing an Israelite and it was considered a 'righteous' act. Ahmadinejad is NOT an American and therefore will be afforded NO rights here to 'visit' Ground Zero. If he were an American, no matter his POV, of course he could visit, but he is not and has called us and Israel evil, as well as supplements those fighting against us (many of which are from Iran) with weaponry and tactics - those are facts, not opinions. Would David Dukes be welcomed at Auschwitz or at an NAACP meeting? I think not.
David Dukes comment is apples to oranges...and purty silly at that.
As for what Ahmadinejad is his point of view in re current statements toward & about the US (I really don't give a hoot about what he says about another country...you know, Isreal or or Iceland for that matter), do remember again that his country, which had been on a reformist path, is a current reaction against the actions and words of our country as represented by Our Dear Leader...or do you not believe in accepting responsibility for ones own words and realizing the angry words you so take offense at are often (as in this case) a reaction to the insults you (this nation) so blindly spout out? Should we not condemn Our Dear Leader just as harshly for the hateful, un-christian comments & actions he has blindly made to produce such a response?
As for your Moses bit, I don't consider him a 'righteous' man or any acts such as the murders he ordered as 'righteous' in any way. Who would want to emulate Moses?
I suppose that would be the religious thing to do, I'm all for a dialog and maybe this will be the thing that get's us talking...all good.
BUT, ted is pretty much right on about this wacko.
You simply have too much evidence in front of you.
He is an evil man, no doubt.
".. was in on the Iran hostage crisis in 1979, someone who now wants to wipe out Israel off the map with nuclear weapons .."
*
But actually, wasn't he just an
undergraduate student at the time
of the revolution, and was reported
to have been "opposed" to the
"embassy take over plan"?
*
And who fed you this misconstrued
fiction piece of him 'planning to nuke Israel'...
some hate talk-show war propagandist?
*
Peace
I said above he was in on the hostage taking. It is true and so what if he was "just an undergraduate student". Has he renounced his participation in that infamous event? I don't want reports; he can straighten that out himself. He is the President of Iran now.
He has said Israel will be pushed into the sea or something indicating he will have them wiped off the face of the earth. Nuclear development and unquestionable seeking of nuclear weapons. 2 2=4 (wipe out Israel nuke seeking = he will nuke Israel). He will use the nuke if he can when he gets it.
From your closing statement. "fiction--hate talk-show propagandist" you can drop the "peace" BS. That's war talk on your part.
Why are you so anxious to defend terrorists who would have you and I killed at the drop of a hat... or sword? WE are INFIDELS to them, to be eradicated from the face of the planet - your ultra-pacifistic talk is much too dangerous for a collective mindset of this nation. I do not believe in destroying or nuking Iran as a nation... they, for the most part want personal freedom, peace and coexistence with Israel and the west... only executing its evil and dangerous leader.
... only executing its evil and dangerous leader.
There are many around the world who think the exact same way....about ours.
While we never are, even when we are, which is a lot, but it's not, because we never are, even when we are, ad infinitum.
Ted Gilbert

You (and Whiner, the Tired fool) are driven
by ignorance, fear and hate -- no logic, no
documented facts, no reasoning in reality.
Like helpless children, you are afraid of
'fictional' boogiemen, only because
YOU WERE TOLD TO.
*
FYI, although serveral political oponants
(both in Iran and outside) have tried
"to identify Ahmadinejad as one of the key individuals holding Americans inside the embassy.[28] In a secret classified report specifically investigating this issue, the CIA declared this identification "Not proven".[29][30]"
still, he would see us destroyed in a heartbeat.
Quit being a fool. See him for what he is.
I'm all for talking and having diplomatic relations that may lead to peace.
but DON'T sit here and defend this guy.
Get real.
MAYBE he will "see the light" after viewing Ground Zero....Stranger things have happened.
look at Mohamar Godhafi (sp???)
"still, he would see us destroyed in a heartbeat."
"Quit being a fool. See him for what he is."

OK, tell us some details about his BIG threat,
and not to single you out alone, but to anyone
who has solid verifiable info, please school me,
so that I can "Quit being a fool. See him for what he is."
*
My pointed question is this:
who is this big bad (little) president of Iran anyway?
what do you really know about this guy, his capabilities,
his track-record, his people, his country, and US
involvement, and the battles / wars waged,
all in historical context, please?
*
I am all ears!!!!!
that may be true but, there's not a D A M N thing funny about 9/11 or Ground zero.
This country is nowhere near healed yet. I know personally I'm not. I was in the air that day and I will NEVER forget how freaked out I was when we landed and we found out what was going on.
It is still hard, I've been to GZ and it just brings up all the old feelings....
So no F*cking joking around here.
Anyone who wants to let this guy in is either not from this country, or is a Liberal shill that is so far out in LaLA land that you cant be helped.
Here is a man that kills people in his own county for being gay, protesting, or just because they want to. Here is a man that is harboring the top three Al Quaeda in the world in his own country. Here is a man that sends money to Terrorist in Iraq so they can kill our soldiers.
When the Liberals argue against this stuff they bring up Christians and Bush because they are so ****** in the head that they cant see Irans president as what he is. You can say what you want about Bush but there is a congress that has done nothing to stop the war. So forget about Bush. This isn't about him.
This is about a man trying to show other Terrorists that we are weak and he can do whatever he wants. Sometimes you guys need to throw away ur huge egos and look at it for what it is.
Ummm... actually, Iran IS a member of the United Nations, and that carries certain rights as well as obligations. Also, isn't it kind of contradictory to say "We don't want war, but we won't let this guy onto our soil or even let him talk to us"? Every gratuitous snub sent in Iran's direction weakens the hand of the reformers, who have recently won a key position in Iran's hierarchy. If America wants to start a war, refusing access to the WTC site to the president of a nation who assisted America against OBL (yes, they offered) is a good way to do it.
So we are supposed to appease someone that sends terrorist to Iraq to kill Americans? Why are we searching for UBL? Let's just try to be gratuitous to him so we dont have a war. I can see Hillary baking him cookies and Kennedy giving him a ride on his yacht. Better yet, let's just give the man the Nobel Peace prize for all the peaceful killings of innocent people in his own country.
This guy is a Hitler of our time and we would never let Hitler come to America. Unless your an idiot and your head is on backwards.
You seem to have missed my point. Due to his position, if we insult him, we insult Iran. This, it turn, weakens the hand of those people who want to change Iranian policy in such a direction that we can live with it. Yeah, I'll choke on him going to the WTC site, but ultimately the payoff's worth it. Appeasement has nothing to do with it.
