It's like counterfeit money. You inspect it very closely and have to know the little signs. Sometimes it is so well counterfeited you can't tell and only an expert can tell. You are not such an expert. A color copy bill is immediately detectable because the paper isn't right.

This, it turn, weakens the hand of those people who want to change Iranian policy in such a direction that we can live with it.
