A Tale of Two Giulianis »
Posted by: Aidenag 9 months, 1 week agoOn the back of 9/11, Rudy Giuliani refashioned himself as a national hero, a top presidential candidate-and, through his consulting firm, Giuliani Partners, became a very wealthy man. But the questionable backgrounds of some of the firm's clients make one wonder what Rudy wouldn't do to make a buck.

Many thought the Bush was a hero After 9/11. Just look at him now. The worst president ever. Ghouliani is just another little Bush. I could care less that the guy is a crook, dishonest and corrupt. But pretty much every politician is this way.
Where I draw the line is when he employs an indicted pedophile child molester. He even calls him a great freind. What kind of a person would vote form someone like this? I guess I shouldn't ask that queston because this countey voted in Bush Twice.

A crook of the first magnitude who leaves a mile-wide paper trail behind him.
Sounds like he could be the first President to be impeached on his Inauguration Day.
Someone should sell the film-rights to that scenario - unless Giuli's boys already have!
Hey - did he think of selling Brooklyn Bridge again yet??

FADE UP: Footage of the airplanes flying into the WTC (repeat it a few times in slow motion and from all angles for those who were too young to remember) Dissolve to still pictures of Rudy taking charge with the smoke, ashes, and rubble around him. Superimpose title: Rudy Giulani, a true American hero. Cut to: film of Iraqui Insurgents raising hell in Iraq (It's important that people keep thinking that Iraq planned 9/11. Avoid any reference to the fact that the highjackers were Saudis) Play some sound bytes of Rudy at his patriotic best. Superimpose behind him footage of the American flag flying proudly behind him. Bring up title at bottom of screen: Giulani For President!

"We need a much stronger person to be President"
Giuliani is a STRONG person - strongly opportunistic
strongly dishonest
strongly self-cantered
strongly immoral
strongly corrupt
I've been saying that in my comments for months now, maybe some will start listening

I can't get past the most recent revelation, that the NYC tax payers had to unknowingly pay for the protection of the then Mayor Giuliani's mistress at the time.
If he could not be honest with his wife and just ask for a divorce, then how truthful would he be with the American people?
Thanks Mark, interesting article.

Rudy or Hillary: Pick Your Poison
Politics รข;; Meet the Only Two Candidates Worse Than Bush and Cheney. Both Hillary and Rudy are committed to war. Both refuse to rule out expanding war to Iran and beyond. Both are totally in the pocket of the Israel Lobby. Both defend police state measures that "protect us from terrorism." Neither gives a hoot for the US Constitution.

This man is not the future of the Republican party. I wish the media would stop focusing on him, and Mitt too, and stop acting like it is ineviatble that one of them is going to be the Rep. nominee. No one I know wants either one of them, there are much better choices in the second tier candidates. The Dems even offer better options than those two. The only person worse is Hillary.
Go Obama!

Extremely sad when you look at those running for our highest office. Choosing the least of the worst is not the American dream. Cronyism, pork barrel politics, lobbyist, graft, corruption and power is the order of the day in Washington D.C.
Personally I'm sick of it and Americans should also be!!

crghss - I agree but the extent of corruption within government has broadened. I remember the fifties and sixties and corruption has exponentially expanded under our present regimes.
Senators and Congressman were respected by the average citizen yet today most are looked upon deservedly with abhorrence and disrespect.

Things are starting to implode around his candidacy. Olbermann cited some polls last night that Ghouliani has dropped a quarter of his support nationally because of this "sex in the city" scandal. But there are a whole lot worse stuff out there that is much more damaging. Hope his rivals pound him with some of these relavations until he disappears from the presidential race.

Who cares about what he did on 9/11? A stupid thing to base your vote on. Any other mayor would've done and said the same thing. Doesn't make him better than anyone else.

It would have been enlightening to have secured the criminal evidence from 9-11. After all it was the worst aviation disaster, the worst architectural disaster and the greatest mass murder to have ever occurred in modern American history. One would think it might be useful in avoiding future architectural disasters to analyze the failures of the WTC steel considering these were the first steel framed building to ever collapse due to fire. Many universities asked for samples of WTC steel for analysis but were denied. Unfortunately this crime scene evidence was instead quickly shipped off shore for disposal by former criminal prosecutor Rudy Guiliani.

So according to this crook, any person who was the mayor of NYC on 9/11 is qualified and entitled to be the next President.
That sounds like another GWB.
