Hey there RedRJ, good to see you! I don't know much of anything Obama has ever done besides run for office, except for reuniting the Grateful Dead. (For some reason I thought they were all dead, didn't think much about how grateful they might have been.)

What legislation has your nomineee McCain passed that has helped this country? What is his stance on illegal aliens?

BTW-John Mellencamp has told your nominee McCain to stop using his songs in his campaign while Obama has "united" the Dead.

Senator Obama pays attention, & addresses issues people never think about....until it affects them. The link above should give a small insight into Obama, if you bother to read it all & investigate the issues addressed. Then of course, one would have to think about the consequences if leaders didn't address these issues.

As pointed out, Obama doesn't go after the pretty and emotional issues for attention. He just plods along and addresses important issues to the nation, without fanfare. Imagine. Someone doing their job.

I was actually surprised to see that there were some stoners who weren't supporting Ron Paul.

Wow! That is actually amazing. I really never expected to hear anything to come out of the Gratefull Dead after Jerry died. Good for them for finding a cause to bring the band back together. Though it will never be the same with out Jerry, the Dead is one of the most under-rated greatest rock and roll band of all time with the biggest following. I grew up listening to the Dead from my mother who died last year from complications from diabeties like Jerry Garcia. She actually was lucky enough to see the Dead for the first time on their last tour before Jerry's demise.

I maybe going hell in a handbasket, but atleast I'll be enjoying the ride.

Thats Bucket, KMFDM, Hell in a Bucket........& I think we've already hit Hell's bottom.

Jerry would be proud...he probably would have been a Paul supporter, but the band still has influence which can only be positive.

Awesome. Wish I was there. I love the part about a stuffed JG doll on stage with them.

"Grateful Dead endorse Obama." OK, who says he can't win the senior citizen's vote?

I thought the Grateful Dead was GWB's favorite band.

My favorite band! And my spouse's second favorite; she's crazy about The Dave Matthews Band, who also support Obama!
