Politics – Conservative commentator Ann Coulter is trying to fan the flames today of Mitt Romney joining John McCain on the Republican ticket.
"Coulter has received quite a bit of attention in conservative circles for saying she would vote for Democrat Hillary Clinton over McCain, the all-but presumptive nominee, because he isn't a real conservative.
Thursday night on Fox Business Network, Coulter suggested she might hold her nose and support McCain if he picked Romney as his running mate:
"I thought it was very gentlemanly for Mitt Romney to pull out right before McCain spoke at CPAC. It occurred to me then that if McCain weren't a dunce, what he would do is take Mitt Romney as his vice president. That is the only way I think you could get me to vote for him. That's my final offer."

Considering all the actions the Democraps have taken to hinder Bush from fighting the war on terrorism, I would consider a different argument since yours does not hold much water.
I'd say the obvious ties (friendship and business) between the Bush and Bin Laden families are well publicized reports about BCCI. Google it, it's pretty indisputable according the the evidence.
But as far as them meeting, here's a video of Bin Laden and Bush in Genova, although I can't vouch for authenticity, as the CIA is trying to determine the forensic origins of the video:

let's see what happens in November,,, with Hillary on any ticket I'd think people that haven't voted in decades would go to the voting booth to try and keep her out.
I'm predicting a massive vote this year from both, least that's how I see it. It just depends on who can get their camped worked up with enough fear of the other camp. This year will not be won or lost by platforms but by the shear hatred of one side or the other. The Dems will vote their hatred of Bush and all that is Republican and the Repubs will vote for their hatred of Hillary and the fear of all it means to them for a Dem to be in charge. Pretty sad but I don't see anyone being elected because the people see it as a positive move for the country over the lesser of two evils like we have now and will for some time.
McCain is no fool. He has been through rounds and rounds of highs and lows over the past 8 years and he knows he needs a
(Sen.) Bond from Missouri, or (Gov.) Perry from Texas to win
the strategic electoral votes AND get at least 75% of the conservatives to come out to vote.
Just wait until my foolhardy Democrat friends, who would have a hard time finding the seat in an outhouse, start tripping over themselves in pre-convention lawsuits to resolve un-committed delegates from unsanctioned states (Mich. and Fla.).
