"We do not know for certain who will have the honor of being the Democratic Party's nominee for president. But we know where either of their candidates will lead this country, and we dare not let them," McCain, an Arizona senator, told supporters in Alexandria, Virginia."
Bring it on, McCain.

wow...very contrasting images. In Obama speech coverage, you saw youth, and a diverse crowd of supporters. When the networks switched over to cover McCains speech, I saw nothing but a stage full of old white guys.

Increasingly it looks like senator clinton is in trouble. Exit polling is now beginning to show that he is cutting into her voter base.

He has momentum, and of course it's been widely reported that her strategy is to win the bigger states in a couple of weeks, Ohio and Texas--Sort of like a "Rope-A-Dope" of campaigning. I wonder if that'll work--after all, we're only in about the 3rd round.
What's interesting is the turnouts from each party during the primaries so far--the Democrats have turned out in droves compared to the Republicans. It makes me wonder how energized Republicans will be in November.
Check out this interactive graphic (click on "View Map" then select a state to get the numbers:

My prediction: Barack Obama will do very well for the rest of the campaign calender. He is much better on the stump (...at retail politics, if you will...) than is Hillary Clinton. With a much smaller slate of states yet to vote, this works to his advantage.
Say "goodbye" Hillary.

If some Republicans are crossing over to vote for Barak Obama there would be fewer Republicans voting Republican. 11 States have crossovers. I heard some one on Cable say voters seem to have two goals, to eliminate the Clintons for the DNC, and to elect another Republican President. Many people think Barak Obama is the easiest candidate to beat, because he is so Liberal, and is so inexperienced.

as usual, your suggestion is ludicrous....
its not republican crossovers that are giving obama these wins. the proof is that yes, 11 states DO have crossovers, but hes winning non crossover states too. which shows 2 things, dems ARE turning out in record numbers (way more than reps), and that quite simply, they are voting for him.
you guys better hope Hillary is the nominee.... obamas bringing out new voters in droves, and they will vote for him again in nov (assuming hes the nominee)
