Obamas Open Tax Returns, Earned Nearly $1m In 2006

Politics – Barack and Michelle Obama earned close to $1 million in 2006, paid more than $318,000 in taxes and got a $40,000 refund, according to the couple's tax return released by the Democratic presidential candidate's campaign on Tuesday.

They released their returns, I don't know if McCain has released his as of yet, haven't heard anyone say Yea or Nay about it, but i think Hillary needs to get on the ball!

What I don't understand is what on earth would Michelle Obama have to NOT be proud about as far as the USA is concerned. Looks like to me they have done very, very well. I have far, far, far less than the Obama's and I guess I feel very thankful and thank God every day I live in America. America has her issues, but it's still the greatest place on earth.

What the real story here is their donations. They gave less than average person based on their income. They spent aprox. $10,000 in dance and extra activities for their children but still tried to play the struggling black family in the black community.

There was one large donation actually this is where most of their donations went..$27,000 to support the hate preaching building ( refuse to call it a church) of the racist Wright ( refuse to call him a rev.)
