In case you didn't already know (and it's apparent from your ill-informed post that you don't), wealth is not a prerequisite for matriculation to an Ivy League school. Most, if not all of them, have need-based financial aid, so that families only pay what they can afford. The difference between the charged tuition and the amount the family can afford to pay is made up with grants and scholarships from wealthy donors and the university's massive endowment.
In fact, the financial aid is so supportive that I believe families earning less than $60k are granted free tuition. Last I checked, roughly 60% of the student body was on some form of financial aid, and there were quite a few of us who received full scholarships.
Of course, you would only know this if you actually went there. The hard part is getting admitted; finding the money for tuition is relatively easy.
