Propeller Anchors Recommendâ;¦
We wouldn't want to be finding Propellers Anchors to be conforming to an agenda of some sort, now would we?

Yeah, clearly Propeller Anchors are so intent on getting a republican elected in November that they're willing to put Ralph Nader on a pedestal in the hopes of splitting the democrat vote.
You aren't fooling anyone, Propeller Anchors! Shenanigans! ;)

...and by playing to an obviously populist agenda.
It's funny how many people actually want the current executive branch of the government impeached, at least in lieu of being summarily executed. Actually, it's not so funny.

Eh, probably the same thing that puts Pew polls (3/19-22) showing we're back to 28% think the president is doing an okay job.

Unfortunately, Ralph Nader is not in a strong position to force the issue, but he is right. No single person in the Congress is assigned the power to contravene the Constitution by taking Congress' Constitutional power of impeachment off the table.

Impeachment? if president Bush had broken any law, such as "criminal war of aggression" in Iraq, in violation of our constitution, statutes and treaties... then what about our former president?
President Clinton, had broken more LAWS than all presidents from last century, together....
Nader never IMPEACHED him. Just wonder: "WAY"???

"President Clinton, had broken more LAWS than all presidents from last century, together.... "
Wrong, that honor goes the St. Ronnie Raygun.
"Conservative Republicans are such paragons of virtue and truth that they claim that Bill Clinton's administration was "the most corrupt administration in American history" despite the fact that history contradicts everything about that statement.
Despite the fact that the President and first lady, and many members of the Clinton administration were charged with crimes, their accusers fell flat on their faces when they had to prove their trumped up charges in court almost every time, because there was no credible evidence or witnesses to justify the charges brought by their Republican enemies and touted by their countless friends in the mainstream media."

Not exactly but you do make a good point, although you don't see it.
"were charged with crimes, their accusers fell flat on their faces when they had to prove their trumped up charges in court almost every time"
Notice charges filed, accusers had to prove their trumped up charges, in court.
Notice Bush. No charges filed means accusers don't have to prove their trumped up charges, in court or any where else.
Why won't they file any charges? No crime? No evidence? These 2 go hand in glove don't be specific on a charge means "evidence" is not necessary.
Now just have to find some folks dumb enough and gullible enough to go along with it.

this is a dead subject, all you Bush haters will have your chance come Nov. He will never be impeached so get it out of yr head, you will all have the chance to vote in Shillary in the fall and all will be right or should I say left with your world, just hang on to your wallet because everyone's taxes are going through the roof, not just the rich but you too.

True...he will never be impeached.
But, he will go down in history as one of the worst presidents ever, the worst president of the last 70 years, and possibly the worst president of the 21st Century. He deserves that legacy.
A group 'sigh of relief' will be enjoyed when he departs in 10 months...

Yes, and he along with many in his administration may yet end up in prison for their crimes.
A war of aggression in violation of the highest laws of this land.
Turning the Justice Department into the Injustice Department, a tool of Rovian politics.
Hundreds of billions funneled off to cronies in no bid contracts with nothing but botched, useless work to show for it.
Once these scum-bags loose "executive privilege" and real investigations can proceed, it will be interesting to see who falls.

You are sooooo right! All the money from the past 8 years is going to have to be repaid somehow right? Typical to point out that raising taxes to get our country out of debt is somehow the result of electing a democrat into office. In reality, it is the effect from our current administration (remember cause and effect?). Wait, I think those are republicans?

You are so funny, like we don't remember the 40 years from 1954, to 1994 when the Democrats robbed us blind for their War on Poverty, a war if I might remind you, is still going on. The only reason we balanced the budget in 94 was because Clinton had a Republican congress. All of Obama's, and Clinton's programs would add billions of dollars to the National debt. We may have been born in the morning, but it wasn't yesterday morning.

While it may be true that impeachment of this criminal adminstration will remain off the table because of a culpable Speaker of the House, I feel it is my right or rather my duty to all those souls lost in Iraq to continue to call for it at every oppertunity. Furthermore I would encourge the new administration and Congress to create a commission to look into the secrects that the Bush Admionistration have withheld from their employers.
But back to reality, more likely they will hold up the rug (like they did for the Raygun Administration) and sweep all the dirt under it.

"impeachment of this criminal adminstration will remain off the table because of a culpable Speaker of the House,"
It's "off the table" because there's no "there" there. The Repubs called their bluff Nov.7 2007,
Kucinich used a privileged resolution to force a vote on impeachment. 86 Democrats went along with this farce, 132 short of what would be needed to go forward with impeachment. Those Wascally wabbits Repubs called them on it and voted FOR Kucinich's bill.
"We don't wish to save the Democrats from themselves when their left wing exposes themselves," Rep. Jack Kingston (R-Ga.) told Roll Call, noting that Democratic leaders were trying to draw as little attention as possible to the impeachment issue by voting to table the resolution. "When there's an opportunity to show their strong left base, it's important for it to be seen,"
Kucinich's resolution (by overwhelming dem vote) was recommended to the Judiciary Committee.

The new Congress will have to be doing the work the old Congress, under the auspices of Speaker Pelosi, ignored for two years.

Yep the voted against tabling it. That is what the Dem leaders wanted because impeachment is off the table. I was truly glad that 86 democrats showed a spine.
Democrats sent the Cheney impeachment resolution to the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, where it will be considered by Chairman John Conyers
No debate. Still off the table.
The fat cats scatch each others backs.
