The narrative should read that "Clinton is toast", how the heck is she still viewed as a viable candidate given the fact that she's lost twice as many states as Obama and has an impossible task at hand trying to win 70% or more of the remaining delegates.

However many states Obama has won, he has not won one battleground state except Illinois, his home state. That does not bode well for the General election. There are still 10 Primaries left, and having the party try to run Hillary off before the voters in those states have voted does not bode well for having a peaceful Convention. What are the DNC bigwigs afraid of? That Hillary could actually pull it off, and show up at the Convention with all the big state Primaries under her belt? If Obama is getting the black vote and only 30% of the white vote, can they really afford to write off white men, and women? It is not fair that they don't let Hillary compete until the campaign cycle is over. But then we are talking about backroom politicians.
