Ron Paul - Gettysburg College 4/11/2008 »
Posted by: ecotourusa 4 months, 3 weeks agoRon Paul is in the race. He has money and support. This video is just 5 very informative minutes. It will lead to other videos as well. Recently, Dr. Paul's been visiting college campuses throughout Pennsylvania. And, surprisingly, the media has not said a word. Thank goodness for the Internet. It must be kept free.

He said he tried one time to run 3rd party, and almost became broke. I think he has more support than we are aware.

The biggest mystery of all is why cato doesn't support Ron. Cato institute should have been right behind Ron Paul at every step of the way, instead they have joined the msm of blacking him out. I bet Ron isn't even considered for the Milton Friedman prize (the award will be presented on may 15). Very strange...

FYI-Several years ago I took a video course for our local PBS.As you get to the top of the media pyramid ownership companies there are currently only TWO giants who own the entire news media in TV,radio, news, magazines and partial internet(Time/Warner/Cable).
And yet we have freedom of the press in the U.S.LOL

I hate to say it but the news we get is already gone.If you look at news stories, especially headlines pay careful attention to HOW it worded.Hmmmm.
Anyway in Cincinnati we have to major newspapers, one pretending to lean left and the other lean right. Problem is they're owned by the same company.Duh.And it was right here on this sight that I got 7 negs saying this is a problem.
There has to be a old saying about ignorance or blindness about this.I don't know what the individual can do except be aware, notice the wording and try to MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND BASED ON THE FLAWED INFO. YOUR BEING FED.

Ron Paul is definitely the only candidate running right now that I just love the foreign policy of. It would be nice to get back to a more pre-WW2 level of military interventions and things like that... Bah to this American hyperpower nonsense! We don't need to have half the planets military strength! Good post eco, thanks for the invite and sorry it took so long for me to get to it!

If Obama doesn't win the nomination then I'm definitely voting third party or writing in Ron Paul. I won't waste a vote on two undeserving candidates and, with Obama, at least he's actually talking the talk to an extent. The other two are so obviously bought and paid for that its not even funny. I'm still unsure if I'll actually vote Obama if he gets the nomination. He talks the talk but I don't know if he walks the walk and his talk seems awfully watered down. Though I guess I have to admit, if it wasn't watered down he'd not get the votes he does. He'd be shut up in a second.

Thank you for taking your time and sharing your very interesting ideas, though i am delighted to inform you that you are wrong sir. Now we all know that Ron Paul is not going to get the nomination of the GOP, but that doesn't mean we should just give up. I hope you are proud of your choice for the GOP, as you are making the communist party jealous. Also hope once McCain gets into presidency you sir are getting ready to be deployed to Iran. (at least we don't have to hear from you anymore)
