Senator Clinton's Remarks to AIPAC

Politics – I've seen politicians pander to the Israeli lobby, but never like this. Hillary Clinton is more pro-Israel than the neocons.

Judging by her rhetoric, Hillary Clinton is more militant than John McCain. See "Hillary Clinton, War Goddess: She wants permanent bases in Iraq - and threatens war with Iran," by Justin Raimondo. http://www.antiwar.com/justin/?articleid=8428

LOL

Even with all that she has said she wants a date to pull out by. How do we know when she is lying and telling the truth?

If her mouth is open, she is lying ...

Hillary has more personas than Sybil. How do we know which one is real?

Good point.

Do we really want to know? ;-)

I was surprised to read that Hillary Clinton was religious, and she did not wear religion on her sleeve. Most politicians are atheists who wear religion on their sleeves.

All politicians have warts..and all probably lie or do whatever to get elected. I knew Hillary was religous, she mentioned it the other day and said it her faith that saw her through the Monica thing.

Her faith should have told her to leave that cheating lier.

tchef - possibly, but some people of faith have the ability to forgive and go on with their lives. Its a personal choice.

tchef, at first I agreed with you. I would have kicked him to the curb so hard his hubcaps would have rolled off. And then I thought it takes a lot more strength to forgive than to discard. I'd still have kicked him to the curb, though!

I think the article, if true (there were no documentations that I noticed) speaks for itself. Hillary , if elected, will give us more of the same for the next 4 years- war. Personally, I think she wouldn't be but a little better than John McCain as both represent the status quo.

Sure seems like the man behind the curtain wants either McCain or Clinton to be the next Wizard of Oz. The MSM is doing everything they can think of without looking too obvious to ensure this outcome.

avatar
Reply

I dunno, they were after Clinton like bloodhounds for a long time and only shifted to Obama recently when Clinton no longer appeared to be in the running. I'm not excited about any of the candidates, but at least they aren't Bush.

If the MSM has their way, nobody but a Bush clone will replace Bush. The media today is owned by a handful of mega corporations. They have a vested interest in pushing for the corportocracy that the Bush family has been trying to achieve one way or the other since the days of Dubya's grandpa, Prescott Bush and his attempt to pull off a fascist overthrow of the Roosevelt Administration. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prescott_Bush#Plot...

As Benito Mussolini so ably explained, "Fascism should more properly be called corporatism because it is the merger of state and corporate power." http://www.publiceye.org/fascist/corporatism.html

Hillary is giving a lap dance to AIPAC, the same crowd that hoodwinked America into this bloodbath in Iraq. Since she talks about CHANGE You would think she would steer clear from that deceiving, lying and manipulative crowd who has sacrificed American money, blood and prestige all for Israel. And yet there she is giving a lap dance to the same crowd with lies and rumors crowning her speech. There you have it folks, CHANGE, a big CHANGE from Bush!!administration. With Hillary, it is obvious America will get the more of the same thing as during Bush's terms. When Hillary talks about CHANGE, she is borrowing a line from Rove/Bush trick book, LIE & DECEIVE. Her biggest LIE would be CHANGE. With Hillary America will be short CHANGED once again.

The pro-Israeli lobby dragged us into Iraq and is desperately trying to stir support for an attack on Iran. No other group (not even the oil companies) holds greater sway over members of our government. So what she is proposing is not change at all but a literal continuation of neocon policy. Israels' interests are not our own. It is patently absurd to tie ourselves to another nation. There is nothing in our national documents that suggests this is a proper thing.

"to policies that lift us up not tear us down as fellow human beings, and to the value of human life."

So for instance plowing up the Palestinians olive groves and demolishing their homes?

Look at the roots of the formation of the new Israel and the British who originally espoused the concept. These people were as nuts as Hagee.

Of course everytime we make any statement that is not pro-Israeli we are condemned as anti-Semites. But I make these statements as an American not an Israeli.

The truth is that American leaders believe without the Zionist money and their media support they can't win an election in America. So their fate is tied to pleasing the Zionist Israel.

Senator Clinton has emphasized what our future can be in the Middle East by tying ourselves to an Israeli policy that may be in transition. There's a 50-50 chance that we would be correct. I don't like those odds.

What happens if an Israeli government is elected which will act more unilaterally and is more intransigent? It could put us in the middle of more problems than we could handle in light of other immanent problems; our economy, and armed forces reductions in retention.

Then again, this is strictly a political move to gain support for her candidacy and what's said today may be reevaluated tomorrow. I can't take this too seriously since it's a position that all 3 candidates will take.

It is hard to imagine an israeli government more intransigent than the present one.

It is a sad commentary on the lengths of treason in the american government that you are correct that all three candidates are pandering to right-wing zionists. What we need to do urgently is clean out ALL the israel-firsters in both our political parties. We also need to ban israeli dual-citizens from holding any government post.

That said, the zionist ethnic cleansing in the mideast will collapse under the weight of its own evil - it would be to US advantage to abandon zionism immediately.

The Israeli Project Has Failed in Lebanon

Do No Evil รข;; Zionist projects in Lebanon have failed abysmally both militarily and politically despite the control of US foreign policy by zionists in the american government. The Bush Administration Wants to Negotiate Now with Hezbollah.

Another couple of years later America will definitely abandon the Zionist in the Middle East and that will be too late for America by that time America will be bankrupt. When America collapses like the USSR the Zionists will pay for the crimes that they are committing and also all the Zionists will be kicked out from the US by the same people who support Zionist thuggery in the Middle East. The Zionist have been kicked out so many time from Europe, here in America they are smart enough to manipulate the Americans by their Zionist Right wing media.Even the Jews claim that the Zionists are using their religion to oppress and occupy Palestine.

Just before he left office, then Prez Bill Clinton pardoned 4 convicted Hassidics from New Square, NY (a strictly Hassidic Jewish town the USA allowed to happen). They had been convicted of stealing millions of American taxpayer dollars from the US government. He also pardoned Marc Rich (Reich), who also owed the US government millions. Rich, a European Jew, came here as a youth but gave up his US citizenship for Spanish citizenship, is a great friend to Israel, now lives in Switzerland. This, I'm sure, helped Hillary get the votes to become a NY senator. Clintons are professional politicians who make their living from promising gullible voters "the moon."

I hadn't forgotten this one, and the alarm that it caused me as I became increasingly aware of the depth of the zionist's corruptive influence on American politics.

Uri Avnery is an Israeli journalist, former Israeli politician, who has been working for Israeli Palestinian peace for decades. I highly recommend his site www.gush-shalom.org (Israel has a travelogue type site that ends in .com, by the way--probably to keep many from discovering Uri's.) Trouble is, he is now over 80 years old, and one wonders who will take up the banner when he is gone. Each week Uri publishes a pro-peace ad in Haaretz newspaper. (which, I must assume, most Israelis ignore.)

There will never be a simple answer to the war mongering in the Middle East, if someone says "stop the Israeli agression" they are instantly branded ANTI SEMETIC.

The U. S. should stop unlimited funding to satisfy the neocon policies......

Hillary, just like Bill will say anything to anybody to get elected. Why anybody is stupid enough to listen to her rhetoric is beyond belief.

Hillary's statements to AIPAC were the biggest bunch of cra*p I've heard from a poltician in quite sometime. It's obvious where her loyalties lie. Such is the depth of corruption of our political processes by the zionists, and the willingness, and even eagerness, of our politicians to participate.

Even Israel is far less subservient to Zionists than The United States. Click http://donoevil.propeller.com/story/2008/04/27/... Only two weeks after the invasion of Iraq began, Haaretz columnist, Ari Shavit, explained how a few delusional neoconservatives brought it about.

Why has this thread diappeared from the front page and any of the subsequent pages. It had 43 votes when it was on the front page, but now that it has 49 votes it has vanished. There are still more than three hours left before it is one day old.

Then Obama is the only choice!!

On one of those "which candidate do you agree with most?" tests, I agreed on more issues with Obama than Clinton or McCain, except on the second amendment we are lightyears apart. And that's one of the really big ones. It's enough to make a lot of people vote for someone else, and Bill Clinton suggested it's what ultimately beat Al Gore.

I also worry that Obama sidesteps contentious issues by voting present and failing to take a stand on important issues, and when he makes a mistake he tries to project onto others or justify it instead of just owning up, apologizing, and moving on. Not that Clinton does a lot better, mind you.
