If you want to why there are problems with corporations then go back to the period of American history where the government was supposedly trust busting. The idea was to destroy monopolies, think standard and John D. Rockerfeller. As it always happens when the government gets involved it did nothing but cause more problems. Therefore, to survive corporations had to become political and purchase congress members to survive in business. Be careful of what you ask your government to do as you never get what you want and it's always worse than expected.
The end of the political machine was brought about by laws limiting individual campaign contributions. Unlimited Corporate/special interest contributions are still allowed. Follow the money. Most politicians/corporations are securing their funds over seas, while leveraging for power in the new one world order they envision replacing current forms of government. I call it treason - the design to end the United States as a viable entity and create a new world order. Do people really understand that a new world order cannot exist without the end of the U.S. Federal a a world power?
