Democrats are trying to liken McCains friendship with G Gordon Liddy to that of Obamas friendship with that old Black Nationalist, Rev Wright and William Ayers. Not only is that a reach, it is funny. G Gordon Liddy is not going to blow up the Pentagon, or curse, and damn America. Americans are begining to notice how inept Sen Obama is, and the Democrats are stuck with him. They would like to change the subject, but to what? Their Primary cycle is so convoluted that no one can win the nomination. They are becoming laughing stocks.

"There's a lot of difference between the Republicans and the Democrats on issues, but the biggest issue of all is we don't use this kind of stuff. We never have used this kind of stuff, and we're not going to start now," said the DNC chairman. "America is more important than the Republican Party, and that's the lesson that the voters are about to teach the Republicans."
Dean must have a short memory or did he forget the James Byrd ads??
