This is plain silly. I'm not a huge fan of either delegate, but asking someone "what would it take to get your vote" in no way implies they're trying to buy your vote. It's simply trying to understand what's important to that delegate and likely trying to show that such an issue is also important to the person seeking their vote.
After all, both delegates are essentially trying to find out just exactly what it would 'take to get' our vote, aren't they?
