It depends upon the Iranian leaders, not the 'neocons' or even the Israelis. If the Iranian leaders will push forward with their plans to destroy Israel there will be a war that will, most probably, bring Iran back to the stone age.
Unfortunately, it seems that this is what the Iranian leaders (supported by the vast majority of Iranians) are willing to do.
