Politics – Like the USSR following dismantling of the Berlin Wall, the USA will continue to stumble on; but as the economy is eviscerated to pay for its daily oil fix, it will be seen as an ex-superpower. The Pentagon is a enormous gas-guzzler and capacity for multiple foreign military burdens will unravel. Thus are superpowers undone.
