    This is one of the best ideas I've heard from any campaign.

      This will be better then the Kennedy/Nixon debates. It will also speed up the demise of McCain.

        What a stupid idea. Democrats, and Republicans stand for different things. Why should I listen to Obama when I am pro life, for victory in Iraq, for lower, not higher taxes, have no use for Rev Wright, or Louis Farrahkan, and am against Universal Healthcare. Listening to Obama would be a total waste of my time.

          ani, you should listen because you might learn something different from your blanket statement that "Democrats, and Republicans stand for different things."

          Open your mind. Instead of relying on some idea you've gleaned over the years from politicians of either party who are not running for office, try listening to what the actual candidates who are running this time say.

          I'm with aniokly. Obama has no substance to his nonsense.

          He has no experience to draw from. All he wants is a socialist government. He obviously is a poor judge of friends and preachers, and still won't leave his racist anti-American church. That scares me to think of the Justices he would appoint in the Supreme Court, and his assistants.

          Maybe Farakahn would be the Attorney General, and Wright his in house mentor. Ayres could be the Defence Minister.

          He likes to blow things up. Like his own country.

          Don't forget the killing of born babies that he supports.

          We wouldn't want to "Punish" any girls for their mistakes in life.

          McCain will eat him for lunch with all of that baggage.

            How do you know he has no substance if you won't listen to him?

            And don't tell me you already know what he stands for. The rest of your comment tells us you don't.

            I do listen to him and he won't give any information.

            Just BS. I will judge him by the company he keeps.

            That's always a good signal on who he is too.

            He has already given us info on more taxes, pro abortion, talking to terrorists, has anti American friends and mentors,

            Wants a socialistic system, and Hammas and Iran want him to win.

            Thats enough info for me

              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
              And that is different from McCain and John Hagee....because?
              *******
              He has already given us info on more taxes
              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

              So you AGREE that Cheney (who made $3.04 MILLION last year) SHOULD pay LESS then 20% in Federal Income Tax while someone who makes $212,000 pays 27% in Federal Income Tax?

              *****

              Hammas and Iran want him to win

              ~~~~~~~
              Which is COMPLETELY different then the fact that Osama bin Laden wanted Bush to win in 2004?
              I think the link is going to the wrong story, because the article I just read was about Obama and Clinton; there wasn't any mention of Obama campaigning "with" McCain.
