How many times has this been proven to have happened, Teagen? Even once? Give us a news headline, for surely it would be news, as every false allegation of fraud seems to make it onto the front page.
This is official report of just the Milwaukee Police department. An agency not responsible to do it but since the checks and balances are all controlled by the DNC, this was the only option. I've posted this before, so those of you reading it, sorry.

By the way, my bride in correct. There's DNC corruption throughout the State of Wisconsin. Especially in Milwaukee and Dane Counties. It kills me to have to admit that, but it is. This isn't the party of FDR or JFK.
Thanks BB64. It appears that there were some problems with the election in WI in 2004. But not, in the end, enough to change the result, and fixable by requiring registration at least 30 days before the election, as many places do. Having to prove you are a citizen will not halt multiple same-day registration.
