Yep, I know all (4) of them, too, LOL.

You are certainly permitted to tell a cop you have no id, especially when it's true, and I have done it before. I usually have a dl, because you are supposed to carry it to drive, but if I'm not carrying a wallet, I don't have an id, and I don't carry one if I'm fairly sure I won't be driving.
