Politics – Can the Office of Legal Counsel issue binding opinions that tell the president and executive branch they need not comply with existing laws - and not share those opinions with Congress or American people? ... This is a terrible abuse of powers, without limits, without checks. It clearly is antithetical to our constitutional democracy.
