What issue at hand? Your argument is simplistic. It suggests that because the President didn't mention any one person or group in particular it wasn't a swipe at the Democrats, Sen. Obama or President Carter.
If it wasn't, then why say it? Now, I think we should talk to those that wish us ill and see if we can't work out a solution like mature humans. Do you suppose President Bush was talking about me? He didn't mention me, so, by your own argument, he couldn't have been talking about me.
So, about whom was he speaking since he did not mention any one person or group?
