No, you`re thinking of Bush, the 9/11 appeaser, who later let OBL go.

Appeasing and enabling. Bush has already out Chamberlained Chamberlaine himself.

Oh, next time you call in to Rush, ask him to ask Bush how he negotiated and re-negotiated the truce with Al Sadr.
