Obama might be right on a geo-political level but I'm sure there is plenty of people in the middle east who have lost family members to the hands of suicide bombers that would question the merit of being able to negotiate.

OK, lose a family member to a suicide bomber or negotiate and save that person`s life.

Yeah, why would they even give negotiation a single thought. Thanks for making that clear.

When do you think Obama, and his genius advisers will figure out that the President never mention his name? Not once. It is not all about Obama, and his Hugs for Thugs foreign policy. There were Arab sympathizers sixty years ago just as there are today. They were wrong then, and they would be wrong today. Someone please tell, Axlerod, and his band of political hacks to at least check History before they do something this stupid again. It reflects on their candidate.

"When do you think Obama, and his genius advisers will figure out that the President never mention his name?"

He won't. A self-agrandizing snob like Obama generally thinks that the world revolves around him and could never imagine that he isn't the focus of every political comment.

LOL. McCain is ******ed because the little girl thinks Obama took a stab at his age, when Obama said he didn`t.

If McCain cannot handle the swiftboaters in his own office 2000, capitulates to the same people, then gets upset over a legitimate election issue, then he does not have the emotional maturity, experience, and intelligence to be president.

Oh, so you were saying about some self-agrandizing snob thinking the world revolves around him...

Ani,

We`re not actually defending Obama. We`re defending McCain because McCain said we need to talk to Hamas back in 2006. McCain was for negotiating before he was against it.

Obama is looking for someone important, like the President, to attack him so he can try to look Presidential. Obama's a prima donna, such a diva.

Bush is not important. He is irrelevant, ignorant, and an embarrasment to the U.S. His sideways attact on Senator Obama was uncalled for. Obama was right in countering the attack. Bush has dishonored the U.S. worldwide. What a punk.

Funny remark coming from the man who announces 500,000 pounds of food aid to North Korea the following day. Apparently he missed the news reports about how the giant rabbits sent to North Korea a couple of years ago ended up at Kim Jong Il's exclusive banquet instead of being used as breeding stock to help ease starvation among the citizens.

So exactly who is appeasing a terrorist tyrant?

Talk about the pot(head) calling the kettle black!

We should start a website on everyone`s favorite George W Bush appeasement.

There was the appeasing to the bin Ladin family, two of whom were on the FBI terror watch list when Bush allowed them to fly out of the US before Americans were even allowed to fly home.

Shows you where Bush`s allegiance lies. Sure as heck ain`t with America or Americans. Funny how he chose Israel to start this attack on Obama too. Again, shows that Bush`s masters don`t reside in America.

Come on, Obama really stepped in it. He is all over the place about a comment that had nothing to do with him. Of course if the shoe fits, I guess. He is such a wimpy weenie on National Security. Don't the Democrats know by now they have a reputation of being soft on Defense?

anickly, Obama fits in perfectly with the democrats position on national security.....talk and be nice and they will act that way too. Won't they?

Jerry Doyle put it perfectly today. George Bush completely proved his relevancy by destroying two campaigns in one day - first, by having the Democrats assume that he was talking about Obama and tricking them into defending him (even though he never mentioned him), Bush eliminated Hillary from the discussion. And by eliciting a response, he placed the guy who refuses to place his hand over his heart during the national anthem in the position of having to defend his patriotism while reminding people that he would unconditionally speak with the nutcase in Iran who called for the destruction of both Israel and the USA.

Not bad for an unpopular lame duck with an allegedly submoronic IQ.

Obama believes in using brains and negotiations to solve problems, like an adult.

Bush/McCain believe in using other people`s lives, limbs, and money to solve problems.

For Bush/McCain, it is easier to play golf than actually find a solution.

If the govt were a business, these two clowns would not be hired to even clean the toilets whereas Obama would be hired to be the boss.

Bush just really hurt the McCain campaign, well, with a lot of help from McCain himself.

By attacking Obama over Obama`s stance regarding using intelligence, instead of the Republican approach of belligerence, Bush actually hurt the McCain campaign in two ways.

1) He inextricably placed himself in the political stage and right in the middle of McCain`s camp. McCain owns him now, and gl with that! There is no distancing himself from Bush now.

2) Also, by saying such a stupid thing, Bush actually caught himself and McCain in his own attack. Since McCain said in 2006 we need to talk to Hamas, but now is attacking Obama over the same thing, Bush gave the Obama campaign ever more ammo to shoot McCain with.

It was actually quite brilliant, if you are on Obama`s campaign.

McCain really is stepping in it big when he tries to play the military/defense card.

Hah,hah! McCain just accepted a debate based on defense!!

Oh I cannot wait! Obama is going to kill him!! Oh, I can hardly wait for this slaughter!

Bush accuses Obama of appeasing terrorists, but it turns out McCain is the one who first talked about talking to Hamas! And Bush has already been talking to NK and Al Sadr! Not to forget the bin Ladins, Musharraf and kisses for the SA prince.

Oh man, that`s rich!!

Hey George, when that shovel gets dull, let me know, I`ll toss down another one!! lmao!
