It has already cost the American people a lot. But, it has cost the Iraqis much more.

Sometime ago, before the 3000th American casualty, I attempted to quantify the evil surrounding this war by equating it to a pound of dead flesh. Flesh, that prior to the beginning of the illegal war, had a future and limitless potential.

It didn't take a super computer to figure out that the Iraqi people have been the unfortunate recipients of the greater share of that evil.
