Calling the people currently in power in Washington "Repugnant Cons" isn't namecalling, it's simply stating the facts. War profiteering is morally Repugnant and they're busy (along with a good deal of Democrats) Con-ning the American public.

What should we call people who support terrorists? (Other than democrats)

No one should appease a lawless, warring wannabe dictator/terrorists. Unless of course you're a republican named tanglang, AG, rodent, vidman, libsrfunny, cats, etc... appeasing George W. Bush and looking to hamas for political guidance in a panic due to the loss of political viability in the upcoming election. I smell all your fear.

This site is losing what little prestige it once had.

This is a perfectly legitimate story and we have been unfairly tagged by folks that disagree with the points we are trying to express. Severely blinded, or severely cruel? Maybe a little of both.

Okay, fine, go to the end of this thread (it's getting too small here) and explain briefly the point that is being made. The only "point" being made here, that I can see, is that if a guy says that his name might make it easier for some people to talk to him and those people happen to be Hamas, that makes him a bad guy. Doesn't matter what he believes or what he says or what he does, it only matters that he thinks it might be easier for Hamas to talk to him because his name isn't Joe Smith.

Sincerely, I don't get the "point" that is being made here except for an attempt to further conflate the issues and smear the name of a Presidential candidate using the tactic of guilt by association.

and isn't that in the same vein of what you are saying is wrong here.?

I am sure that tang has a beer with Dems and argues with them; just as probably as Dionys has a beer with Reps and argues with them,

I do quite often associate with dems. Dionys on the other hand comes off like he/she lives in a cave making ieds. He/she has made some real bad anti-American statements multiple times. To his/her credit though, none were half as bad as teech saying that OBL would be a better president than President Bush. As that statement is inexcusable.

It gets out of hand at times, and like in all things each person effects you different, I know my self that I will never be civil with the NUMPTY, because to me he is a waste of skin, but to you he may be something different.

I think a lot of it is that one side will not listen to the other, both sides prefer to cut each other up, rather than figure it out,,, as if a mans middle name will define him, pretty petty reasoning there, just a topic to keep the bullsh it flying.

Just because it is not perfect, does that mean it is no good ?..and that can be applied to all things

Inexcusable in your sight, not in mine or a whole lot of others, because from my point of view, Bush and Osama are the two sides of the same coin!

tanglang-

You state:

"Dionys on the other hand comes off like he/she lives in a cave making ieds."

Thanks for your decency it is far, far above Dionys.

Actually, judging from his "friendly realtionship" with Bill Ayres, Obama is a better choice.
