Bush kept us safe? Terrorism is 7 times as prevalent today as prior to 9/11. Terrorists have the ideal recruitment tool. You may as well claim that Bush has kept us safe from meteor attack from Aliens as we haven't been hit by them, either.
You can be sure that if any intelligence agency has kept us 'safe' that Bush would be trumpeting it from the highest towers in America to prove all his horrifying murder to be justified in some twisted way.
