Par for the Condi/Repug Course... they missed the ball by doing nothing when they got that brief titled: "OBL Determined to Attack Inside the USA," that mentioned the use of planes, too!
When the extent of your foreign policy for 8 years has been only condemnation from afar then send in the troops, what do you ecxpect?
