We're at a dangerous crossroad. Either Congress reasserts its authority now, via impeachment, drawing a Constitutional line in the stand in defense of Article I of the Constitution - the one that defines the power of Congress in terms of passing legislation - or it forever surrenders that role, leaving us with what can only be called a dictatorship

The Repubs won't vote for impeachment. The House of Representatives may have enough votes, but the Senate definitely does not have enough votes.

You are correct. As a matter of principle, they should try anyway, and expose the republicans. But, Pelosi has vowed to table any impeachment procedings, so its game over.

It seems that sending 4500 to their death is no big deal, but getting a hummer in the white house, now that's impeachable. Insane.

I realize grani, that you hard right loyalists don't consider sending 4500 young americans to their death for a neocon lie any big deal. Old news. Not your kids, huh. Vote republican, kill some more troops, and BONUS, half a million muslims. All good news for you, huh grani. Praise the ammunition, pass the lord.

The house sent the articles to John Conyers. Now it's in his court. http://www.house.gov/conyers/contact.shtml

Not only the president of our nation, but every elected official needs to account for all their actions when representing us. One of the biggest problems in America is that the people of the USA get excited every 4 zears at election time and then turn their backs and allow the gov. to do what ever they want. Americans need to forget the game of politics and start adressing our problems. We need to hold all in office for every action ,every vote, every legislation and every abuse responsible for their actions. Their are many that should be removed from office both Democrat and Republican.

We have problems like never and have hearings on steriod use in baseball like that is an important issue with the other problems we have.STOP WAISTING OUR MONEY!! START REPRESENTING US!!!!
