Dumbya has already said that the Constitution is "just a g%d#a*ed piece of paper". Apparently Scalia, Roberts, and McSame agree with him.

    The justices won't change their tune. The Federalist society members are on a mission, & it doesn't include giving op the power they've gained throughout our judiciary. They are intent on a takeover of our country & reversing the gains from FDR on.

        yes, they are "terrorists." They're very crafty, and use propaganda (rewriting history), but they're terrorists nevertheless. One small problem. They're in bed with the corporate elite, and the corporate elite run the media. There will be no mainstream conversations on this issue, & as long as the majority of Americans turn to mainstream for their information, the terrorists will win.

The four dissenters are Federalist Society members. It would be a very good idea for Americans to investigate what that means.

Antonin Scalia should be impeached. His job is to protect the constitution and interpret rulings in the spirit of our foundig fathers.
If he truly believes in this Carl Schmitt that a legal system founded on a fixed piece of paper is unstable, then he does not believe in the duties of his job.

FTA: It is well known that Scalia's approach to legal issues is unprincipled and cynical. Scalia decides his cases on the basis of political convictions, which are rabidly antidemocratic, and then works backward to concoct a sophistical justification for the objective he has decided on in advance. . . . He is a thug in black robes . . ."
How true, how true, how true. My dream is to see that SOB forceably evicted from the Supreme Court bench.
