I doubt very much that this is a wise decision. First, more likely than not this terrorist will be swapped by the BODIES of the Israeli soldiers. In the past almost every Israeli soldier captured by Arab terrorists was murdered. Second, such deal will invite more abductions and terrorist attacks as it will prove to Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations that terrorism works.
