An interview with Geroge Soros and Steve Kroft: Confronted by interviewer Steve Kroft about his experiences as a youth in Hungary, under the Nazi occupation, Soros freely admitted that he posed as the "adopted godson'' of an official of the Nazi-occupation government, and helped in the confiscation of Jewish properties.

In point of fact, Soros's adopted ``godfather'' served under Nazi Waffen SS Gen. Kurt Becher, who ran what was euphemistically called the Economic Department of the SS Command, which oversaw the extermination of 500,000 Hungarian Jews. In his famous book {Perfidy}, an indictment of the Jews who colluded with the Nazis in order to survive, Ben Hecht described Becher's Economic Department, in more graphic terms than did Soros. The Department was in charge of looting the properties of Hungarian Jews, in ``removing the gold fillings from the millions of teeth of the dead Jews; in cutting off the hair of millions of Jewesses before killing them, and shipping bales of hair to Germany's mattress factories; in converting the fat of dead Jews into bath soap, and in figuring out effective methods of torture to induce the Jews awaiting death to reveal where they had hidden their last possessions.''

Lyndon LaRouche
" There are sharply contrasting views of LaRouche. His supporters regard him as a brilliant and original thinker, whereas critics have variously seen him as a conspiracy theorist, an anti-Semite, or the leader of a political cult.
The Heritage Foundation has said that he "leads what may well be one of the strangest political groups in American history." In 1984, LaRouche's research staff was described by Norman Bailey, a former senior staffer of the National Security Council, as "one of the best private intelligence services in the world "
Oh...but theres more...

Soros was born in 1930.
This makes him all of 13 when Nazis took over Hungary.
His father had him spend the summer with a Ministry of Agriculture employee, posing as his godson.
Soros expresses no remorse; apparently he is not enough of a nitwit to blame himself. Surviving in that time and place he no doubt saw enough REAL bad stuff that posing as the god-son of the enemy seems a nice way to not be gassed.
Why, then, does the RNC gift us with this slime article?
Because Soros IS a traitor.
He is one of the rare powerful who think patriotism means building up a country; its roads, its schools, its hospitals, the quality of life and air and water.
And he has an immunity to the fun of flag pins and militarism, the call of empire-building, the endless prattle of self-flattery that is the narcotic of those who prosper by giving nothing yet claiming every honor.
Immune to fake patriotism.
How many of us would dare innoculate ourselves?

he was 14. and the reason I submitted was to call attention to the fact that he also bankrolled Obama's campaign. I took this from the lyndon larouche web site. I believe it is non-partisan. (not sure)

Lyndon Larouche sought the Democratic nomination for Presidency for years.
Didn't get it.
Think he may have an axe to grind?
Read his background.
The man may be a wise economist. But he still might be a frustrated politician, seeking a justification against the democrats for his failed campaigns.

I have always believed George Soros, and William Buffet manipulate the economy, and will do it again. No one can kill enough Americans to take over the country, they have to win at the ballot box. Soros knew when he bought himself a Congress in 2006 he would have to buy himself a President to go with it, an inexperienced oaf would do just fine. He owns Obama, but he won't have his way. Americans have already figured out who is pulling Obama's strings.

Soros bankrolled Obama's campaign?
YOU TOOK THIS FROM THE LYNDON LAROUCHE SITE?
Ok, I appologize, Eco.
I thought you were doing an AlphaG kind of hit.
Ecotourista, you are being played.
Lyndon Larouche is a convicted con man; there is no truth, no honor, and damned little soul to the creature.
Google him.
As for Obama, his funding has been grass-roots all the way. This is not something you can fake.
Individual contributions $264,493,051 100%
PAC contributions $-750 -0%
Candidate self-financing $0 0%
Federal Funds $0 0%
Other $946,977 0%
The individual contributions are mostly small donors.

Don't be stupid. His funding is from people like George Soros working through his many enterprises, and bundling from various lobbyists, and some grass roots. He is not the man you think he is. My Grand daughter who just Graduated Summa cum laude from Northern, worked in a campaign office when Obama first started. As soon as she discovered he was taking money from "dark Places" she pointed it out, and they laughed. She quit, and their whole family will vote for Nader in November.

Summary
In a new ad, Obama says, "I don't take money from oil companies."
Technically, that's true, since a law that has been on the books for more than a century prohibits corporations from giving money directly to any federal candidate. But that doesn't distinguish Obama from his rivals in the race.
We find the statement misleading:
* Obama has accepted more than $213,000 from individuals who work for companies in the oil and gas industry and their spouses.
* Two of Obama's bundlers are top executives at oil companies and are listed on his Web site as raising between $50,000 and $100,000 for the presidential hopeful.
Obama: I don't take money from oil companies or Washington lobbyists, and I won't let them block change anymore.

It's true that Obama doesn't take money directly from oil companies, but then, no presidential, House or Senate candidate does. They can't: Corporations have been prohibited from contributing directly to federal candidates since the Tillman Act became law in 1907.
Obama has, however, accepted more than $213,000 in contributions from individuals who work for, or whose spouses work for, companies in the oil and gas industry, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. That's not as much as Sen. Hillary Clinton, who has received more than $306,000 in donations from people tied to the industry, but it's still a substantial amount.
Here's a chart we made, using the OpenSecrets.org database, of contributions to Obama from individuals employed by some of the largest oil companies in the U.S.
