Those two political parties have done nothing except keep each other up. We need more political parties and Hillary could have very easily started one. Huckabee and any other republican could very easily have started others. A few new political parties would not make things worse it could make politics honest. There should have been many others running for president. The office of the President should not be bought and sold to the highest bidder it should be earned with the true spirit of freedom. So what the parties get split. Maybe that's what we need more parties. Move over Dems and Repugs. There will be more no matter what you plan.

Although I wish your comment would help, it would create even less of a majority of citizens in favor of a particular candidate. To have 5 people run and have one win with 30% of the vote while the other 4 candidates share the other 70% seems a little odd, but is an example. We've proven time and again that we enjoy the even divide. That would be just a little too interesting and the fight would continue. But, I think they should both get the same amount of money to run and leave it at that. Let's make it even for sure. Money shouldn't be in charge for once. Plus they should have a probationary period. hahahaha Crappy job, out you go before your contract is up.

"A unified Democratic Party is going to be a powerful force for change this year and we're confident President Clinton will play a big role in that."

I imagine that the same was uttered on the other side of the fence. Do you really think that this is a unique experience?
I only hope that Ron Paul does not end up supporting McCain. He has stayed on message throughout the campaign and needs to continue. Conservatives need to stay focued on message and not have it watered down into nothingness via the republican party. We need to:
Balance the budget now.
Bring our military back to ready strength now.
Stop nation building now.
Solve the immigration problem now.
End foreign energy dependence now.
Return to the Constitution now.
Simplify the tax system now.
Find OBL now.
That's a start...

I don't know if Obama should be very happy about getting Bill
Clinton's support. Bill also helped and supported Algore and John Kerry. I wonder how they feel about how much he helped them? A pledge of help by Bill and Hillary doesn't always turn out to be helpful. lol

So, Uncle Billy will supportt Barak Hussein Obama. Does he have his word on it? Otherwise I bet Billy had his fingers crossed behind his back. Oh, Billy will work both ends against the middle, but he will see to it Barak loses.

I think Willie is relieved ... he didn't want the world watching his activities too closely. Hard to wheel and deal from the WH. There is money to be made and women to fondle ...

To blackacebegone: I can understand you wanting Hussein's brain since it is very obvious you don't have one. At least then you would have a brain equivalent to a Orrorin Tugenensis.

Any president can only accomplish anything, ridiculous or other, while under the stranglehold of the remaining Washington leadership. Have we not watched enough of this ridiculous behavior all of our lives and the lives of those who came before us.
No president can promise any tax reduction or addition of any kind. Asking a candidate if they plan to raise taxes is like asking them to lie outright. They have no clue. Taxes always go up on one thing, and get lowered on another to save face.
Get off of your party high horses. We are stuck with whatever morons will take the job. I for one say it is thankless and I will vote for the lesser of two evils since they are both politicians and full of it.
But discussing an honorable veteran with such distaste is horrible, when it pains him to admit it. Shut up already. As for Mr. Obama. You should be equally ashamed of comparing him to your notorious OBL. I dare you cowards to run for the job instead of insult all damn day.
