Is there a difference in following Bush into FISA or Obama into FISA?
FISA is FISA no matter who wears the crown.

The difference is Republican voters understand we need FISA right now for National Security reasons, and will back Sen McCain on his stance on it. Democrats will not support Obama voting in favor of such a bill. Obama will lose votes if he votes for this bill.
