It's no secret that over the past several months, John McCain's Straight Talk Express has become the Zig Zag Local. He's gone from being a maverick who defies the establishment to a kind of gonzo maverick who defies the people - and that's a very dangerous thing for a presidential candidate.

We seem to have the ultimate pair of flip-floppers as the "presumptive nominees." They've both adopted a keep-the-voters-guessing campaign...

Ever since Reagan lost his memory just at the time he had to answer questions about the Iran-Conral deal, I have wondered if the CIA doesn't have some mind altering drug or mysterious surgical procedure that can change a person.

It just seems so striking that McCain is not anything like the person we once perceived he was. The questions remains; did he change, was this the way he always was, or have they snatched his brain? OOOOOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEoooooo

It's because Clinton has already endorsed Obama so he also need someone to endorse him.

The fact remains he has become a run of the mill neo-con Republican. His family ties reek of that. If you look at the 'mavericks" voting record, despite his proclamation of reform and non-lobbyist policies he votes with the administrtation over 90% of the time. He's a Bush.

I would have never believed that he would not support the new Webb GI Bill... when he got a free education at the Naval AcademY, even if he was 2 from the bottom of his class!
