But, he provided the Repugs the template to follow in the future and how to really get away with it!
Secrecy, lost e-mails, a justice department that doesn't back the Congress, classifying all info negative to the president (ex: the Cheney Energy meeting minutes and info on Bush I that was to be released), abuse of executive privilege, signing statements, Supreme Court one vote short of making the presidency the Unitary Executive, and just plain obfuscation and ignorance ("I don't remember")!
