Why is it Democrat Presidents always want some slaves to take up the slack, because their Union teachers won't educate their people/ They have the peace Corp, the Americorp where strong young people work for nothing. Now this joker wants another Corp. Unemployment is at 5.5%. These young people can make $7 an hour free of Government interference,
