    I just don't see how he can smugly sit there and smile while men and women are dying because of his mistakes.

    If I were him, I would hang my head in shame.

        Sad to say, none of these suicide deaths and many more certainly to come are included in the casualty count. They are every bit as much a war death as there counterpart who is blown-up by a roadside bomb. In fact, their road to death might be even more painful.
