We have steadily lost our rights over the last eight years. Should we be aware of the growth of tyranny in America? Should we fear what our Government could become if we don't soon make a change? Is it possible that the United States could lose its Democracy to a Government of the few?

Where are we headed if we don't make a change? The last eight years have brought us to be regarded as a terrorist Nation in the eyes of the world. Can we change this? Will we? Should we?

I was never afraid of my Government. Even when the Hillbilly *hore Hopper was President, and ignoring all those Terrorist threats I knew If they came here the President would act, or the Military would go over his head.Thank God when they did come here we had a strong President who acted almost immediately.

"we had a strong President who acted almost immediately"

Would that be strong in a physical sense?

          Mental capacity?

          Intellectually?

Actually "My pet goat" was the benchmark can-do moment, unless perhaps you prefer the aircraft-carrier photo-op.

But I suppose if you like to live in a world of $4 gas - that's in plummeting $'s of course, negative equity, in hock to the banana republics of the world I guess it does all look jolly good.

Just have compassion for your poor grandchildren who will never, as adults, ever experience the uplift and magic that WAS America - truly a shining beacon of light for the whole world.

Its been frittered away, trashed, stomped and urinated on by the current regime and it ain't coming back for a long time, if ever.

          And that's an optimistic view..

Who was that strong president? Bush? The one who ignore the warnings that al qaeda was going to attack the U.S. and then tried to blame Irag for the attack. You have got to be kidding us. Bush a strong president. Without a doubt one of the funniest statements I read in a while. Maybe you should think about becoming a comedianne.

We need to be worried about a world government, the selling out of America. The Moral downfall. Open borders. One world money system, the out sorcing of our jobs. Government controlled health care, corrupt politians, taxation without representation, oil dependence, Islamic taking over, YES WE NEED TO BE WORRIED AND WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what world you live in, but my Grandchildren already have it pretty good in this country. They are middle class, have parents concerned about their education, will pay any price to see them educated. They have healthcare, dental care, access to a nearby Library, and have their college pretty much paid for already. They have food on the table, a roof over their heads, the 17, and 20 year olds have their own cars. One works part time the other full time while he goes to college. The one working full time started out as an Auto porter in a dealership. He worked hard for 3 years, and just took a $30,000, a year promotion. I guess because we believe in this country, believe hard work pays off we don't see the world you live in. We see a world you should strive to live in.
