    There is a lot of blame to go around, but President Bush deserves more singularly than the other options. Barrel of oil before Iraq? $28. Now? $130s. Also, in November 1998, regular unleaded in St. Louis was 68 cents a gallon.

      I think the falling value of the U.S. Dollar has a lot to do with high oil prices.
